Project Managers provide a point of contact for the following simple steps to ensure that your project has the best outcome. while managing the purpose of your vision.
1. Initiating Process is the action steps performed to define your new project or a new phase of an existing project by obtaining authorization to start the project or phase. Within the Initiating processes, the initial scope is defined and initial financial resources are committed.
2. Planning Process consists of those defined actions to establish the total scope of the effort, define and refine the objectives, and develop the course of action required to attain those objectives.
3. Executing Process is to set the teams in place to get the scope defined work done efficiently and effectively so that the project stays on target concerning the previously agreed-upon goals.
4. Monitoring Process involves managing through communication channels and tracking the project until the objective is reached.
5. Closing Process when completed, verifies that the defined processes are completed within all of the Process Groups to close the project.
